This aspect of our most vital and essential Feminine nature is often in a state of constant external CARE, SUPPORT and NOURISHING.
Of the land. Our people. One another.
Our offspring. Our ancestors.
And these sacred bodies we reside in.

Due to the colonization of our relationship to the earth, and to the historical imbalance of our connection to vital feminine energy, there's a discordant way we, as women, have tended to our well-being. Out of survival, we've focused on nurturing outside growth, downplaying the care and sustenance of our
inner gardens.

When we come together as Womban... as Daughters, Sisters, Healers, Wisdom Keepers, Leaders, Caretakers and Mothers.
We gather ourselves up, becoming present to an interior harmony that offers us deep soulful replenishment.

We take time to GIVE BACK to our feminine nature and bodies.
Into the places within that reverberate with the wisdom of our natural environment.
We sit together in reciprocation and recirculation with Earth's wisdom.
Inviting all exhausted, down trodden, forgotten and worn-out parts, to be restored by the design of Mother Earth.
Who is the one within us that embraces all that we are.

THIS is how we deeply RESTORE.

It's time to rest and restore

Who Is This Event For?

Women who care for and mother life around them. And want to remember how to care for and mother what lives within.
Women who want to harness their natural wisdom. And move from this with ease and assurance in any circumstance.
Women who have felt drained, overwhelmed, under-appreciated... exhausted from giving and caring for others. And yearn to live with clear boundaries that allow more intimacy with themselves and life.
Women who have felt out of alignment with what is most nourishing for them. And are ready to play with their body's power and truth.
Women who have felt alone and isolated. And hunger to soulfully connect through meaningful support in Sisterhood.
Women who have felt unsafe and drained by the world. And know there's a place within where true safety and replenishment reside.
Women who are angry, frustrated and concerned by our global and current conditions. And are moving in the direction of LISTENING TO and CREATING FROM their OWN NATURAL RESTORATION.

ON FRIDAY

We come together. To sit in Circle. And Sisterhood Council. Letting ourselves share space, time and sacredness together.
To speak with honesty about what weighs on our hearts. And ALSO what's arising, wanting to liberate our being.
We listen to stillness and our own RESTORATION. To what it's guiding us towards.
We know what we need to do.
We honor the night. The twilight. The darkness. The body of WOMAN upon EARTH. And how that aligns with the cosmos.
Standing together beneath the stars. We listen to the song of our soul calling us home.

ON SATURDAY

We are ready. To RECEIVE. To lay it all down and let go. To soften into our fire. Air. Water, earth, ether and Mother Wisdom.
Into the chaos of creation that fills our bodies with natural harmony and knowing.
We gather 'round one another in small nests, settling into the comfort of surrender.
Our Sisters tend to us like ancient whispers of who we once were and are opening to become. We REMEMBER. We step forth.
We scribe our soul's wisdom upon our hearts. Living into our richest lives with a renewal of maturity and innocence.

ON SUNDAY

We no longer pretend. We sit upright in clarity. About what actually nourishes us. And what's most important for our well-being.
We're witnessed in this fortification. We're calm to its reception. Baring truth to what's alive inside our abiding connection with the Source of Love. Within. And around.
We aren't willing to play games with our hearts. And we're more than willing to dance lightly to the sweet laughter of our RESTORED self.

THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND

We drink tea, and write notes of care to ourselves. We gaze into our Sisters' eyes. And RESTORE our intimacy with life.
We remember the needs of our bodies, and tend them in vulnerable honesty. We see what we've been denying. We throw our heads back, laughing deep in our bellies at what we've forgotten. We give thanks for the ease that encircles us. We allow the wisdom of Sisterhood to soothe our bones and imprint us with our lifeblood. We gaze anew at our skin, discovering pathways of homecoming. We give thanks for our lineage. We offer gifts to our ancestors. We honor vast landscapes around and within. We are connected. Always. To this. And so much more. Never to be taken for granted.

ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER

We gather on Zoom or phone to check-in. Because choosing to reset doesn't happen away from our daily lives. It happens while we LIVE. Fully. We come back together for about 75 minutes to hear how you are and offer a mirror to continue forth with your own wisdom and inner resourcing for living from this wellspring of your restoration. (We'll choose our time to connect during our in-person weekend.)

Let us turn towards our WISDOM.

By settling into our bodies and getting in touch with the harmony of the earth within.
All aspects of our elemental nature are vital and necessary for our restoration and life.

Let us turn towards our WEARINESS.

By listening to the exhaustion, ache and longing in our bones.
Our depletion holds guidance for our restoration. We make space to honor it.

Let us turn towards our WONDER.

By opening ourselves to our inherent vitality, connection and beauty.
Giving restorative power BACK TO our life lines.
In sincerity with ourselves and each other. REVITALIZING. RENEWING. REORGANIZING. REMEMBERING.

We RESET together.

By reclaiming energy from all spaces and places where we didn't know how to listen to our natural wisdom. As we overdid, over-gave, became overly responsible, denying and undervaluing ourselves, miscommunicating our truths, disrespecting our beauty, dehydrating, starving, overfeeding and ignoring our instinctual nature. We listen to the harmony within and entrust ourselves to its restorative guidance.

We RELAX into the care of our Sisters and the Earth as it ushers us back alive.

Let us get in touch with what feels incongruent within our circumstances and environment.
As we allow our bodies to sink in to the replenishment of what we're made of and designed for.
Discovering abiding pleasure as we reawaken and care for the LIFE arising inside of us.
