It’s a game changer for a woman entering midlife, to be guided and mentored in how to honor herself and her wisdom so she can be reborn.
After deeply listening to women’s hearts, and navigating my own midlife change, I’ve created a transformative rite-of-passage to address a soulful woman’s feelings of stagnation, fear, dissatisfaction, dis-ease, unfullfillment, disorientation and longing for SO MUCH MORE.
Because as a woman ages, the wisdom, beauty, health and power to propel her in to a new reality and royalty... of meaning, rootedness, creativity and love doesn’t come from the outside world. It comes from DEEP WITHIN HER.

Why did I create this program and am passionate about sharing it with you?
When I entered my 40’s, my world spiraled out as I began to have physical, emotional and mental challenges I’d never dealt with before. So I actively sought out practitioners, specialists, and did my own creative healing. Yet I had this deep feeling of disorientation, unsettledness and dissatisfaction. As a soulful woman and creative entrepreneur, I didn’t feel like I was being seen, heard or met for what I was going through. And what I deeply longed for was missing… a wise woman to guide me through this threshold and help me transform my life from the place within that knew how to allow LIFE to REBIRTH ME. |

I knew I wanted to be midwifed into the woman I was carrying inside. Yet nothing outside of me was fulfilling this yearning and deeper path beckoning. Nothing was getting to the root of my symptoms. Nor was able to turn me back IN, so I could trust the natural process underway.
I Created A Sacred Rite-Of-Passage…
So I began to piece together my own rite-of-passage. To go deeper than I ever had before. Seeking out support that respected the wisdom ripening inside. In a way that honored what I was going through for the potent initiation it was. Helping me reclaim my power and sovereignity, and use it to fuel the rebirth of my life, while holding on to the lasting things of my soul.

So I began to piece together my own rite-of-passage. To go deeper than I ever had before. Seeking out support that respected the wisdom ripening inside. I’ve been working in the field of Feminine Wisdom and Women’s Empowerment for over 20 years. And never found a system or approach that walked women through the initiation of midlife with the care, experience, ceremony and power of a Wise Woman. So I built what I was looking for.
And that’s how The Aliveness Process started. I’ve seen so many deeply creative, sensitive, heart-centered feminine leaders and healers, spiral in to doubt, depression and emotional and physical challenges as they enter peri-menopause and menopause, and begin to feel the call of inner life. Because this is when women are being asked to re-evaluate EVERYTHING! And as a result, it’s when divorce most often happens, job dissatisfaction and career challenges occur, our health and well-being gives us a startling wake-up call, eldering parents need care and pass away, growing children need us MORE THAN EVER, and a woman faces hormonal and bodily changes without knowing how to harness them as sacred opportunities for rebirth. |
During this midlife transformation, a woman can feel BIG change calling, and yet feel exhausted, unsure, doubting and down-right terrified of rocking an already unsteady boat, to leap in to the waters of redesigning her life in the midst of massive and overwhelming transition. So many women at this stage feel like all they’re doing is surviving a great tsunami coming their way. And in the midst of this, they don’t feel like they’re truly alive!
Through The Aliveness Process, I walk beside a woman into her most powerful years, showing her how to fully know, respect and honor herself, so she can create and rebuild from her soulful yearnings, aligned needs and deeper womb wisdom.
As a Midwife for Midlife, I am deeply committed to helping women navigate this initiation and grow clear and aligned with their power, truth and gifts.
