Born on the east coast of the United States, I grew up the youngest of four girls in a Polish American immigrant family. I spent much of my childhood communing with plants, trees and the wild.
I received my undergraduate degree in Women's Studies, Sociology and Cultural Anthropology. And was deeply invested in learning all I could about the lives of women and their unique situations. I went on to work at many social service organizations serving women in transition, living with domestic violence, coming from low-income situations, teens and immigrant mothers.
After moving to the west coast, I suddenly became a mother, and felt guided to listen attentively and watch how the female body moves through the procreative years of her life. During this time I studied with spiritual teachers, peacemakers, shamans and sacred feminine leaders, exploring an array of earth-based practices, priestessing paths and multi-faceted traditions. I received training and certification in Non-verbal Communication and Infant Massage, Spiritual Peace Ministering, Sacred Sexual Union & Womb Wisdom, EarthWalk Parent-Child Transformation, Earth-based Shamanism and Personal-Planetary Evolution, Hypnosis and Sixth Sensory Living. Recent explorations have included the world of plant medicine (psilocybin), with my main area of focus being healing our connection to the female body through a direct relationship with the natural wisdom of life.
My credentials include M.Div., Reverend of Peace, BA, CIIM (Certified Instructor of Infant Massage, CH (Certified Consulting Hypnotist), Sacred Sexual Union Facilitator, Womb Wisdom Guide, Reiki I and II Certification, Reconnective Healing™ Certification and trained Psilocybin Facilitator. My work has evolved and is informed from this diverse education and experience.
Through my 25+ years of working in the field of Feminine Wisdom, I've created a transformational body of work to support women reclaiming their inherent grace and power. My methods include my signature practice, The Wombing Sanctuary™, which is a feminine-based container that supports my sisters in feeling safe in their body and relationship with life. Through this experience, they get curious about their beliefs, expectations, lifestyles and domineering rules, to drop into a sense of who they are from their own inherent source connection. My work supports the nervous system to receive and feel what life is like as we're truly held, embraced, safe and supported.
I have the ability to read where the body, mind, heart and soul are incongruent, and provide deeply personalized and curated support through tools that aid you in being at home in the center of your essential nature. My focus is working with women through major life transitions, to rebirth themselves into their wisdom and intimacy with creation. I'm committed to sustaining real world change that benefits all.
I'm the author of Faces of the Mother... a journey, a collaboration, a feminine restoration, co-author of Women Living on Purpose and She Is... unleashing Divine Feminine Power. I've created several workbooks, audio programs and self-study courses, and currently share one-on-one mentorship, Sisterhood healing, and I offer retreats across the country.
