to feel what I feel now that I couldn't feel before...

I now feel really different...

"I now have a much stronger sense and acceptance of myself, and a much more intimate, loving, and harmonious relationship with all parts of me. Almost immediately when I first met you, I entered a deep dive into myself, in a way I had not experienced before. Much insight, awareness, epiphanies, movement, resolution, and transformation has resulted. Very intense and powerful, and very efficient and effective!  It is difficult to put into words how different I feel now - it is in the realm of the nonverbal. I have experienced great intensity and transformation while working with others, but I would say that working with you took it to a whole new level. I realize that I've never really experienced anywhere near as much positive attention, caring, understanding, and support directed towards me. It was of immense value in my healing, reframing, and transformation. It just feels that so much, that I have addressed for so many years, has now been resolved and has left.  It just feels like a very clear, open space that used to be filled with a lot of static and clutter that has now left.  I feel that I will have a lot more attention and energy now to focus on other things besides all these issues, this agenda that has been in play and pushing at me for resolutions, for most of my life.  I don't feel pressured to change a lot of things or go out and create a lot of new things.  More, just to see what is coming my way and greeting it, and seeing what it is telling me and where that is leading me.  Just enjoying life and having more ease.  Kind of exciting!" ~ Gregg

I deserve to be happy and healthy...

Sharon helped transform things in my life that added up to positive changes in my personal and professional world. I was unhappy - I didn’t know why and I didn’t have the energy to make any changes. My life seemed cluttered and unmanageable. I was being pulled from all different directions. I felt overwhelmed and unhappy. I knew of Sharon and her work, so I called and asked for her help. With Sharon’s positive energy and emotional guidance, she helped me recognize what obstacles were preventing me from making changes in my life. She was able to guide my thoughts and feelings with visual meditation and semi-hypnosis. I was able to feel this energy in my belly and brain. I was able to see clearly what it was that I needed to do. I needed to sell my house, buy a home I loved, in a community I could thrive in. I did find a beautiful home and I was able to de-clutter and start fresh. This eased the stress I felt in all parts of my life. longing puts something into motion...

I have been working with Sharon for years, through struggling with my own internal process and wanting to make changes, but not really being able to figure out how. During one of her offerings, she talked about the word "Longing", and it became my theme word for several years. Sharon taught me it was OK to just sit with that longing, that the longing was a place to start. I didn't need to know what the changes were going to look like or how they were going to happen, trusting that the longing itself would put something into motion. And indeed, all these years later, I am in a place better than I ever could have imagined. Above all, I experience Sharon as someone who really *sees* people. She is like a sacred mirror, reflecting back images of those she works with in perfect beauty and unconditional love. Sharon Ann Rose is an incredibly gifted facilitator who has been helping me move through so much grief and growth related to the loss of my husband unexpectedly and 15 other dear souls in my life in the past 18 years.
